THE INN

It's hard to leave your beloved pet behind anytime you take a trip. I know, it was hard for me! So I decided to start my own inn, so other pets can feel right at home even if their families aren't!

Your furry family member will be housed in our 4,000 sq foot home on a 1/2 acre lot in Alamo, conveniently located right off the freeway. Tobie, our Bernese Mountain Dog, is a great host, and helps his doggie guests get comfortable with his loving and submissive attention.

Your pet will generally have free run of the house and the grounds and will be closely supervised. We strongly believe that dogs need walks and dedicated play time and will tailor activities accordingly. Like every great inn, our guests are pleasantly surprised by delectable foodie treats throughout their stay.

We strive to create and maintain a balanced, fun environment for our doggy guests so may decline requests depending on prior commitments made.

Given that the guests mingle, we insist that they are current on their vaccinations to ensure a healthy environment.

You will find our rates highly competitive with multiple night discounts and Very Important Pet (VIP) rates for our returning guests.

Bodie's overnighter

It's not my first time at the Inn. I'm what they call, a VIP (very important pet). I have frequent flyer miles here so we get a discount when I come visit. My mom thinks I get pretty spoiled here. I get the run of the house, except I can't chase the cat up the stairs. Once she's settled in her room, then they let me hang out up there too. They just got a puppy, the conceirge, they call him, also known as Tobie. He's still full of puppy energy so we really got into it. I came in at 6 p.m. and we didn't stop to rest until dinner time and then we romped till 10 p.m. when the humans decided it was time for bed. Spoilsports! Actually, I was kind of tired.

I woke up next morning at 6 a.m. The puppy woke me up, he's still got the little bladder thing so they let him out to potty. I thought I'd join him too. And we played some more. After breakfast, the humans decided to take us for a walk. We went to a nearby trail, where dogs are allowed off-leash. That sure was fun, there were so many good smells to sniff. The best part of it was the stream that ran alongside the trail. Tobie and I went in and out of the water and got good and wet and a little muddy but it sure was fun! I like it when my mom goes for soccer tournaments with the girls and I get to hang out at the Inn.

Tulli-Belle's letter home

Hi mom & dad

I know you feel bad about leaving me behind while you guys are living it up in Hawaii! But I'm really having a great time at the Inn. They've taken me for walks in the neighborhood, car rides, trips to dog parks, trails and when it's too hot, I've taken cooling off dips in the pond. It's so refreshing! As for treats, they've kept me on the diet you guys ordered for me but I also get great rawhide chews and my own sterilized shin bone. They also have a ton of chew toys to play with and did I mention, the balls I get to chase. They've even thrown balls into the pond for me to fetch! So have a good time coz' I am having a blast. It's camp K9 for me!
